Regretting the expensive wedding – Young lady shares lessons she learnt after getting married

A Nigerian lady has gone on social media to share some lessons she learnt from her marriage after settling down with the love of her life.

In a video posted on TikTok, she highlighted five key factors which can strengthen or destabilize ones marriage if not well addressed.

The young woman who shared a video of herself and her husband in their wedding outfits, said the first lesson is that anyone who throws an expensive wedding will regret it much later.

She added that love is not enough to keep the marriage going, and each person is not supposed to contribute 50 percent to their growth and progress of the marriage, rather they should give 100percent each.

The woman further gave an advise about domestic disputes as she noted that one should never get their extended family involved in their fights.

In other news, a man has reportedly canceled his wedding over his fiancée’s comment on social media where she revealed that she could cheat for money.

The woman commented ‘Yes’ when a Facebook user asked women if they would cheat on her husband for N1 million and someone who knew the couple saw it online.

The person screengrabbed her comment and sent it to her fiance who immediately ended their relationship and called off the wedding which was supposed to hold December 2022.
