Rachael Okonkwo named Enugu state Ambassador on Youth Development

Nollywood actress Rachael Okonkwo has been appointed as an ambassador on Youth Development in Enugu State.

This was disclosed by veteran actress Joy Helen who took to her Instagram page to announce that Rachael has been given the portfolio.

Sharing a picture of the latest Enugu State ambassador with the governor of the state, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, she wrote:

“Well deserved.. Enugu state Ambassador on youth development. It can only be God @rechaelokonkwo Ugo oma …child of grace.”
