A Nigerian man known as Tyyrone on Twitter has taken to the micro-blogging site to reveal his predicament and seek assistance.
According to him, he sleeps under Ojuelegba bridge in Lagos state but every night is a challenge owing to the vehicles that pass there regularly.
He said that he had been trying to save money to enable him pay for a rented apartment but it has been really difficult.

Taking to Twitter on the night of November 7, 2020, he shared photos of a place believed to be the bridge and wrote
“I pray today should be my last day under bridge
I’m fxxcking tired of this life
“I need to complete this rent and move out of here
Please help”

In an earlier tweet he made back in October, the young man revealed he lost his job and often trekked to #EndSARS protest ground in excitement because he had access to meals.
His tweet had read;
“I’m facing reality now for me that have no place to lay my head and have lost my job also
“I must confess the last 2 weeks has been roller coaster
“I trekked to the protest ground most times with happiness and hope that I will meet my helper
“I stay under the bridge at ojuelegba atm I have depended on the meals shared at protest ground to survive during that short time sometimes i pass the night there
“That fateful day 20-10-20
I have tried to meet influencers who could help share my stories if it could get to a larger audience but to no avail on the 20th of October i called @SMiTHiE___ and asked if he would be at the toll gate protest ground he said he doesn’t know yet so i kept waiting for when he would give me an update,
Few hours later he made a post that he was at alausa
So i was discouraged going cos i haven’t gone there before and am very sure if he had went to lekki protest i would have gone too.
Since that day my life hasn’t been the same, always on the run from police moving around to pick people at night i have always wanted to live
A fulfilled life who knows i might have been shot at the protest ground cos i would have stayed that night considering i have no where to sleep,.
There have have been many shooting around ojuelegba and yaba axis recently
I still don’t know how i mange to be alive today
I have had suicidal thoughts, i have kept this hope high for much long and nothing seems to work
I want to rent a house I have some money with me at the moment
I need your assistance to get shelter
I’m always optimistic that help would come i cling onto every slightest thing
I need your help Folded hands, i don’t want to die or picked and sent to jail for no reason cos no one would come for me
