A Facebook user with name Ekpekpe Victory Emeke narrates how the IGP/IRT TEAM invaded and brutalized her father in his compound

This is the story of a Facebook user with name Ekpekpe Victory Emeke whose father was assusalted by IGP/IRT TEAM in his compound . BTLSBLOG learnt that, the assualted man was peacefully in his compound when the IGP/IRT TEAM invaded his compound around 2AM 21/06/2020 with no search warrant claimed they got an information that his house was built by his Son that they want to search the house if his son is into Internet fraud. Moreover the injured man is currently admitted and recieving treatment in an undisclosed hospital

In his words she wrote;

Injustice! Pain!Frustration and Anger! My heart is filled with pain. Do i really need help? Big Yes! I felt we are protected by law and one of the essential role of The Nigerian Police Force is to protect live and property until i discovered it is ironical to dwell on that belief. IGP/IRT TEAM invaded my father’s compound around 2AM 21/06/2020 with no search warrant claimed they got an information that his house was built by his Son that they want to search the house if his son is into Internet fraud. He requested to see the search warrant and he was given the highest beaten of his life, with several wounds, Our home destroyed with several gunshots. They searched round the houses and still found nothing. I’m calling on the good people of Nigeria to help us seek justice. This is the highest oppression and police brutality.
