Nkechi thanked the revered monarch for all he does for her and prayed for him to have a long and fruitful reign.

A while ago, Nkechi Blessing revealed why she opted for a twerk during a judges’ dance competition at the Queen Moremi Ajasoro beauty pageant in Ife.

The actress, who was one of the judges at the cultural pageant, generated a lot of buzz when videos of her twerking furiously in front of the Ooni of Ife at the ceremony went viral online.

The video of the actress, who had previously openly expressed her interest in the Yoruba monarch, elicited a barrage of reactions from Nigerians online, including her ex-lover, Falegan, who threw a jab at her.

Speaking about the reason for the suggestive dance moves, Nkechi explained that she was losing the dance competition to a colleague, so she decided to switch things up.

According to her, her trick worked, and she eventually finished first runner-up and received a cash prize of N250,000 from the king.

Her words,
“About yesterday’s judge’s dance competition as my Oga @fagboyobamidele don Dey win me I say make I improvise but las las I came second and walked away with 250k courtesy the king @ooniadimulaife May You live long sir..God bless you abundantly for putting smiles on d faces of millions”.
