Reactions As Traditionalists Make Peter Obi, Datti Face Of Masquerades

Nigerian social media space has been set abuzz with photos of Labour Party’s flagbearer, Peter Obi and his vice, Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed being made into faces of masquerades in Anambra state.

The Obi/Datti campaign train stopped at Anambra on Tuesday and the supporters which cut across religious and ethnic groups decided to turn them into masquerades in Igbo land.

A photo which has gone viral shows two masquerades, each with the face of Obi and Datti created by traditional worshippers.

This excited supporters of the LP candidate known as Obidients as they took to the timeline to share their joy at the development.
