“Rape is evil, but it never happens to a decent soul – every victim played a role”An Abia politician identified as Okey Ezeala has been dragged on social media after he shared his opinion on rape.

The politician who contested for a seat in Abia State House of Assembly on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the 2019 election, stated that a descent soul can never be a victim of rape.

In a now deleted post on Facebook, he wrote;
