A Nigerian prankster nearly landed in trouble when he played a prank on residents of a community by making them believe he was charging only N200, for withdrawal of N5,000.
The content creator known as Bayuz posed as a POS operator who was offering very regular charges as against what is obtainable across the country amid the naira shortage.

He placed a sign along a busy road which read; POS Available, N200 charges for N5,000 and passersby kept stopping to patronise him seeing as most POS operators introduced ridiculous charges which includes N1,500 to get N5k and N4,000 to get N10,000.
In a video making the rounds online, Bayuz claimed that his brother was the one with the cash and made the people who wanted to withdraw to wait.
As the crowd kept growing, he kept putting a fake call across to his supposed brother but they intending customers were all unaware that he was a prankster.
He eventually revealed to them that it was all a prank and some insulted him before they all stormed off.
