This will be the fourth time the Eagles and Argentina will meet in a friendly.
In their last friendly encounter on 17, November 2017 in Krasnodar, Russia, the Eagles came from 2-0 down to beat Argentina 4-2.
Argentina avenged the defeat to the Eagles when both teams met in their final group game at the Russia 2018 World Cup.
Needing only a draw to qualify for the round of 16, the Eagles conceded a late goal to lose 2-1 to the Argentines.
Overall, both countries have met nine times with Argentina recording six wins to Nigeria’s two and one game ended in a draw.
