In a recent interview with R, Aigbe shared her experience with converting to Islam, stating that it is one of the most beautiful decisions she has made in life. She revealed that while she is just getting in tune with the religion, her husband, Kazeem Adeoti, has been very supportive.

During the interactive session held in Lagos State, Aigbe emphasized that her conversion to Islam would not affect her acting career or the roles she takes, as her religion and career are two different things. She assured her fans that she is committed to learning more about the religion and following its practices.

The actress expressed her excitement for this new journey, adding that she is willing to practice and learn more about her faith. She hopes that her conversion to Islam would inspire others to embrace their religious beliefs without fear of judgment or discrimination.

“I am really excited about my new journey as a Muslim. I know it might sound strange to some people, but this is something I gave a deep thought to and I am happy to have arrived at this point in my life. I am a peace loving woman and I want to replicate the same everywhere I find myself. My career as an actress will not be hampered in any way because of my new faith,” she added.

Aigbe, who has been in the Nigerian entertainment industry for over a decade, has featured in numerous Nollywood movies and has won several awards for her outstanding performances. Her fans and colleagues have shown their support for her decision to convert to Islam, with many praising her courage and dedication to her faith.
