The lady identified simply as CWW, had accused Adekunle of forcing her into the sexual act after meeting him at his house.

She claimed that the Nigerian man who allegedly threatened her with a knife after accusing her of having an affair with other men, forced her to give him head, and recorded the scene on his phone before later posting the video on his WhatsApp status and Instagram account.

She also alleged that the Nigerian man whom she dated for two years assaulted her several times, and at some point, she almost lost her eyesight.

After the case came up for mention before Milimani trial magistrate Robinson Ondieki on Thursday, October 13, the Kenyan woman revealed that she is dropping the case because she has forgiven her Nigerian boyfriend.

CWW said;

“I have voluntarily chosen to withdraw the case against the accused person. This is without any coercion and I also confirm he has also not given me anything to drop the case.”

The Kenyan magistrate, Robinson Ondieki allowed the application for withdrawal and acquitted Adekunle after the request was not opposed by the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP).
