She made this remark while being questioned about it during an interview she gave to a man at an event.

The woman struggled to recall how many men she had slept with when she was questioned.
She gave the impression that she was trying very hard to remember something before finally saying that she might lose her mind if she tried too hard.
By asking her how many people she slept with overall that year, the interviewer attempted to help her remember.
Even so, she had trouble remembering. The man gave her a benchmark of 100, but she ignored it.
