She explained how things went down at the nightclub in Barcelona during the incident.
The former Barcelona defender has been in jail for the past 100 days and has been denied bail on two occasions.
Speaking via MD, according to Sportskeeda, the victim revealed how the whole thing happened.
According to her, the former Brazil international threw her purse on the floor, hit her, and would not let her go, even when she requested to be permitted to go.
“I voluntarily agreed to go to the bathroom. After he gave me some kisses, I told him I wanted to leave, but he said no. He started saying nasty things to me, like ‘you’re my w****,’ and he then started hitting me.
“He threw my purse on the floor and hit me. I do not want to publicly admit what has happened. Nobody will believe me because they will think that I entered into this voluntarily.”
Her claims will be presented to the court as key evidence in the case against the Olympic gold medalist.
