There was a mild drama at the Yaba Magistrate Court on Monday in Lagos during the trial of Eromosele Adene, who was arrested in his home in Lagos by the police for participating in #EndSARS protest.
Policemen attached to the State Criminal Investigation Department had denied arresting Eromosele at his home and also filed an application seeking to remand him for an extra 30 days.
During the arraignment, Adene was charged for criminal incitement, cyber-stalking, conduct likely to cause breach of peace.
Despite the existence of video proof of the police arresting Adene at his home, the police told the court that Adene was arrested on the protest ground with exhibits caught on him.

Here is video evidence showing the Police at Eromz's house but the Police lied in court that Eromz was arrested at the protest ground.
Let that sink in while you continue to deny the killings at Lekki. #EndSARS https://t.co/xWoz3GEGut

The police denied that Adene was taken to Abuja and returned to Lagos on Sunday night.
The magistrate subsequently fixed the ruling for Tuesday, November 17.
