“COVID-19 outbreak seemingly under control in Lagos” – Health Commissioner, Akin AbayomiCommissioner for Health in Lagos state, Professor Akin Abayomi, has said that the Coronavirus outbreak is seemingly under control in the state.

From our data which we publish from time to time, we always talk about the curve but if I put it in simple terms, we are only seeing between 5 and 10 new cases everyday. which suggests that the outbreak is seemingly under control in Lagos state. If it was out of control, it would be seeing increasing number of cases on a daily basis. So whatever we are doing in Lagos is working ” he said
