A Caucasian man has been the recipient of many well wishes after he lost weight from eating healthy and dancing.
He shared his progress in a video compilation on his Tiktok account, @bye_bye_fatman.
He confessed he gained weight by overindulging in alcohol and unhealthy foods but on his wedding day he promised his wife he would lose weight.
He admits he isn’t the best dancer there is but he has made a promise to lose weight so wherever he finds himself, he makes sure to dance.

Since then, he has lost a significant amount of weight and he has made himself and his family happy with his progress.
