A video has surfaced online showing the moment a young man’s phone got stolen while he was video-recording a fight which broke out.
The incident happened in Lagos state. In the clip which has now gone viral, two men were seen fighting and people tried to separate them.
As the exchange was taking place, someone who intervened to separate the fight quickly grabbed the young man’s phone as he was deeply engrossed in the activity taking place in front of him.

He made a weak attempt to chase after the thief but gave up before the chase shortly after he began.
The young man could be heard lamenting in Yoruba over his stolen phone.
