‘Tone down the madness’ – Burna Boy’s mum tells him on his 31st birthday

Nigerian Grammy-winning singer, Damini ‘Burna Boy’ Ogulu’s mother, has made a passionate appeal to him about his personality as he clocks a new age.

The African Giant turned 31 today, June 2nd 2022 and his mother, Bose Ogulu marked it by penning some thoughtful words.

In a short note to her son, Bose Ogulu who is also Burna’s manager, pleaded with him to ‘tone down the madness’ as he celebrates his birthday.

She took to her Instagram page and gave him a shoutout, noting how he has made her a proud mum with his numerous achievements.

Burna Boy’s mother wrote; “Happy Birthday D. You have given me so many reasons to be proud of the man you have become. Let us tone down the madness. Cheers to a new age”.
