”That small boy from Sango-Ota” – Nigerian man celebrates as he becomes a US citizen, gets bank job
A Nigerian man has taken to microblogging platform, Twitter to announce that he’s now an American citizen.
The young man identified as Jaiye Baba, expressed gratitude to God as he reminisced on his humble background as a Nigerian who came from Sango-Ota/Sagamu in Lagos state.
He shared some photos of himself at the US Citizenship and Immigration Services office after collecting his certificate.
Jaiye also revealed that he is starting a new role at a bank in the United States.
He wrote; ”I became a US Citizen today, starting my new role with Citi Bank ICG-IT team tomorrow. I am so grateful to Almighty God, vibes on vibes.
