Shock, disbelief trail presidential campaign video of Abacha’s ex-CSO, Al-Mustapha (Video)

A viral video has claimed that Maj.-Gen Hamza Al-Mustapha (rtd) has declared interest to be president of Nigeria in 2023.

The presidential campaign video which is making rounds online has sent Nigerians into a fit of shock and disbelief.

Al-Mustapha is a former Chief Security Officer (CSO) to the late Head of State, General Sani Abacha.

In the video, a narrator could be heard extolling the qualities of the former military officer and Abacha’s ex-head security.
