COVID-19 INTER-STATE LOCKDOWN: A Trailer conveying livestocks and human cargo (about 30 persons tugged in between goats) from Bauchi State to Asaba, was this evening at about 9:30pm intercepted by Ika North East Council boss, Hon. Barr.
