Nigerians react as police officers are caught on camera rolling cannabis while on duty (Video)

Nigerians have taken to social media to react to a video of two police officers rolling cannabis commonly known as Weed.

A motorist who had been stopped by the officers recorded them as they were deeply engrossed in their activity even while they were on duty.

In a short clip which surfaced online, the two policemen could be seen standing by the roadside at night as one rolled while other chatted with a lady.
