NDLEA nabs drug trafficker at Lagos airport, uncovers cocaine concealed inside T-shirts (Video)

The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) on Tuesday nabbed a trafficker, Ukaegbu Bright Onyekachi with 3.30 kilograms of cocaine.

According to the agency, Onyekachi was arrested on Monday, February 1 during the inward clearance of passengers on Ethiopian airline at the E Arrival Hall of the Muritala Mohammed International Airport in Lagos state.

Mr Ahmadu Garba, Commander MMIA command of the NDLEA, stated that the suspect arrived Nigeria on board Ethiopian Airways from São Paulo, Brazil via Addis Ababa.

“The hard drug was cleverly concealed in T-shirts stickers but the suspect could not escape the eagle eyes of our detectives”, Garba stated.

Also, a video was shared by the agency, showing the moment an official tore open a T-shirt to expose how the illicit drugs was cleverly concealed.
