Man celebrates as his wife gives birth to Nigeria’s first baby of the year in Lagos

A man simply known as Onirinloye, has taken to social media to announce that he and his wife welcomed Nigeria’s first baby of 2021 in Lagos state.

The ecstatic new father was filled with emotions as he announced the birth of his son on Friday, January 1, 2020.

Onirinloye revealed that the baby boy came into the world at a hospital in Lagos at exactly 21 minutes into the new year.

According to him, the first lady of Lagos state, Ibijoke Sanwo-olu paid a visit to the new mum and her baby at the maternity ward.

The young man shared photos of the baby and wrote;

”21 minutes into the New Year, My Wife gave birth to a cute Boy that turned out to be the Baby of the Year in Lagos State.

”The Governor’s wife is currently here. I don’t really know how to describe what I’m feeling. All I know is, I can feel butterflies in my belly
