A Nigerian Uber driver has shared photos of his car whose body parts were stolen and a letter that the culprit left in his vehicle. The Uber driver took to Twitter and revealed how he came to meet his two side mirrors gone, then saw a note in the car which was apparently written by the person who stole his phone, N3500 and side mirrors.
Identifying his/herself as a marlian (fan of Nigerian rapper, Naira Marley), the culprit pointed out that the items were taken to teach a lesson to the Uber driver that he should learn to always make sure his doors are properly locked. The marlian however stressed that the action was done purely for lesson purposes as he/she is not a thief. Sharing the photos, the Uber driver wrote: “A thief broke into my car today and he left me this message.”
