Family members who beg their daughters to go back to a violent husband should be arrested – CEO

A Nigerian CEO and businesswoman, Tosin Olaseinde has given a recommendation for what should be done to people who persuade a victim of domestic violence to return to her husband.

According to the founder of Money Africa, it is wrong for family members to convince a wife to return to a toxic family even though she fled her home due to her husband’s violent ways.

Tosin is of the opinion that the government should arrest such family members for contributing as passive accomplices to domestic violence.

She wrote;

”The govt should start arresting family members that beg their daughters to go back to a domestic violence partner.”
