#EndSARS: Nobody died as a result of Lekki tollgate shooting – Investigative Journalist

Investigative Nigerian journalist, Kemi Olunloyo has said that contrary to media reports, nobody died as a result of the shooting of #EndSARS protesters at Lekki Tollgate last year.

Olunloyo claimed to have investigated the issue for a period of six months, yet no family member came forward to disclose names of their relatives who were killed during the incident.

According to her, although people were shot and injured, no casualty was recorded.She wrote:

“I have muted my viral #Lekkitollgate tollgate tweet question. I’m trying to sleep while you’re blowing up my notifications on a now useless topic.
