Deputy governor’s son and friends captured on camera filling Ghana Must Go bags with bundles of money (Video)

A video which is circulating online shows the moment an alleged son of the Deputy governor of a state in the North West was stacking wads of cash in bags.

Veteran journalist, Chuks Akunna shared the video on his Twitter page, though he did not reveal the the identity of the governor, his son or the state.

In the clip, some group of men were in a room with heaps of money stacked on top each other and one of the men could be seen filling up a Ghana Must Go bag with cash.

Some other bags had already been filled with money before the video was started recording them. They engaged in some small talk and chit chat in Hausa language while this was going on.

Akunna shared the clip with the caption;

”Son of the dep gov of a key NW state, assisted by loyal friends, helping themselves out of the economic meltdown. Don’t blame them: another fed allocation is on the way!”
