Davido to perform alongside Femi Kuti, others at Global Citizens Festival
Ace Nigerian singer-songwriter, David ”Davido” Adeleke has been billed to perform at the Global Citizens Live event this month.
Global Citizen Live, which will hold on September 25th, is part of the once-in-a-generation day of unity across seven continents.
It will be broadcast over 24 hours around the world on Apple Music, Apple TV App, YouTube and Twitter as well as partner television and radio stations across different regions.

Davido alongside Tiwa Savage, Femi Kuti and Made Kuti, among others will perform from Lagos.
The event will feature several artistes, activists, corporate leaders, and world leaders to mark a global recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic.
A statement by Global Citizen Canada reads: “Afrobeats icon Davido embodies exactly what it means to be a Global Citizen. WE can’t wait for him to join us in Lagos as Part of #GlobalCitizenLive – a 24-hour music festival on Sept. 25!”
The international advocacy organisation said TV personalities Ebuka Obi-Uchendu and Nancy Isime will host the Global Citizen Live event in Lagos, Nigeria.
