BBAfrica star, Tayo Faniran accuses MultiChoice of robbing him 7 years ago

“I was threatened to shut up, I have names and events they bought the media to hide my real cry at my homecoming press conference and projected nonsense,” Tayo’s post read in part.

Former Big Brother Africa star and season 9 1st runner-up, Tayo Faniran has come out, seven (7) years after, to accuse organizers of the reality television show, MultiChoice, of denying him the winner’s tittle.

Mr Faniran, who took to his Instagram page, on Sunday, October 17 noted that people should not look at him like he’s strong, because he’s a moving bag of pains.

He mentioned how the show organizers, MultiChoice robbed him, and started threatening him never to speak up, after declaring his opponent, and Tanzanian star, Idris Sultan the winner of the Big Brother Africa show in 2014.

Tayo has expressed his readiness to take the case to court, and if he loses out in court, he’s ready to move out of Nigeria, for a place where he could get his mental health back on track.

However, he prayed that whoever was involved in robbing and denying him the Big Brother Africa season 9 tittle, will have no peace, and he will continue to offer his pains to God in constant prayers.

He wrote, “Don’t look at me like I’m strong, I’m a moving bag of pains, I pray for a tomorrow, I will tell you my story by myself, or you will read about it.

“To all those enemies of mine, the fake friends, the ones that came to my life to take from me even when I put them on and turned to spite me and ruin my name, (build alliances against me) you all can have a party tonight coz I failed (all thanks to humans) but I’m owning it, it’s left for God to not fail now.

“When I wake up, @mnettv @africamagic and @multichoice_group need to tell me what really happened to me on the finale/stage of BBA, I don’t want my career in the industry threatened, I just want proof and explanation coz for the past 7 years all I hear everyday was that I got robbed, my pain or loss tonight didn’t start today, but they are mentioned because since I’ve been shut up to fight back then, a part of me got damaged, ever since all my efforts to get back up has been so hard.

“If I lose this case honestly I’m willing to leave Nigeria, but if anyone human that was born by a woman who doesn’t understand what I’ve dealt with for 7 years misjudge me or uses power to bully me, your children will pay for it coz you really don’t know how many people you hurt when you hurt me.

Tayo continued in a new post on Monday, October 18 and he said, “I was threatened to shut up, I have names and events, they bought the media to hide my real cry at my homecoming press conference and projected nonsense. Next morning on NTA I started praising the same people that shot me on the foot coz I was told that’s the only way for them not to make me forgotten.

“One of them said to me: Tayo we know and understand your pain, and we see you are ready to fight but I tell you this,.you will not win, we own everywhere, he continued by mentioning names of some people before me who stood up to them, they made sure people forgot them, I was only 28, they could have allowed me speak up if they had nothing to hide, or at least come out with proofs maybe I would have been free.
