Armed robbers stole Sunday Igboho’s aides’ case files from us – DSS

The Department of State Security, DSS, on Wednesday told the Federal High Court in Abuja that armed robbers have carted away the case file of Yoruba Nation agitator, Sunday Igboho’s aides’ who have been in its custody.

Barrister I. Awo, the counsel for the DSS told Justice Obiora Egwuatu that the incident came when armed robbers operating a one-chance cartel attacked an official in charge of the documents.

He did not immediately say whether the incident occurred in Abuja or other parts of the country.

The counsel told Justice Obiora Egwuatu on Wednesday that his colleague, who was conveying the document to the court, boarded a vehicle belonging to some criminals who carted away the file and other personal items.

He therefore applied for adjournment of the hearing.
