Kenyan Member of Parliament launches TV set for his constituency (Photos)
A Kenyan Member of Parliament, Swarup Mishra has come under heavy fire for launching a TV set.
The MP representing Kesses in the Kenyan Parliament recently organised a ceremony to commission a 55 inches TV set for his constituents.
Photos from the official launch have been circulating on social media. Swarup could be seen surrounded by officials as he cut the confetti used to design the electronics.
